Finding and retaining good sales talent was an ongoing struggle for this company. Beyond attracting great sales people, their top sales stars were leaving.

How We Helped

After analyzing the situation and talking to the sales team, it was concluded that proper training and a career path was non-existent. To overcome this, we have launched a Sales Advisory Board with a focus on career development and training. We also designed interview techniques aimed at finding sales superstars.


Beyond the intangibles of alleviating sales team’s frustration and identifying the reasons why sales people were leaving the company, our solution resulted in turnover being reduced by 20%, 7 account managers being promoted, and overall sales increased by 18%.
